Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her role in the recurring character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama television show Awkward in 2011, which she has been on since 2011. Tarlov was lived in Manhattan, New York, as the younger of two daughters. At the age of 10years old, Tarlov started her career as an actor in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th graders who attended the show were awestruck. As she grew older, she spent the summers in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts located at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training for various styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her in acting and helped her incorporate writing in to her performances through classes like the LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly traded in her black winter jacket for a pair of black sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. She quickly landed a three-word role on iCarly which attracted lots of interest from parents. Molly has starred on numerous TV shows and has created Caitlin in the role of Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly pretends that she can be a good basketball player despite the fact that she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
