Lockhart, a popular lifestyle influencer as well as having partnerships with brands that are clean and healthy like Ilia she has gained a large fan base. Her birthplace didn't come having a left-handed hand, which is what makes her the person she is. However, that's not all the facts. As a result Lockhart's Instagram profile isn't afraid to talk about her disability, but it doesn't center around her disability as well. What's the message? This is the message: We all have many identities, we're way more diverse than we think we're. Lockhart states in the video Lockhart in a video interview "I am not convinced that my physical appearance is what defines me. It's not my intention to have an impact on disabilities because I've got so much more to offer." This doesn't influence my day-to-day activities. I carry on my business as usual and have developed different ways of adapting. Since it's a my identity and something worthy of discussion. Lockhart has been a great example to other women in the area of self-acceptance. However, she admits to going through phases of insecurity with her body, and also feeling uneasy wearing certain clothing styles which exposed her arms. Now, though she dons what she's comfortable in and post pictures of herself in these outfits on social media with pride. What makes self-love so appealing to her is that it's not a goal. However, I believe that's the case with everyone with whatever their insecurity is. It's essential to have those that know and can relate to your situation. They'll be the ones asking you: What do you fret about?
