Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 at Atlanta and married to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta starting with her farmer great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was a young man when he became interested in theater. As a student of Emory University, he performed in a variety of productions in Atlanta. While stationed at Biloxi the Mississippi state, he was cast as a soldier in an upcoming play along with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple tied the knot and in 1956 their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter as well as his spouse resigned from their Air Force service in the year 1957 when they enrolled Walter at Tulane University. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In the year 1960, the family moved into Decatur Georgia. In 1964 Walter along with Betty Lou began production on an on-sunday morning local children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded themselves. They later founded the Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for a period of six years. During this time they also had two daughters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965, and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
